Niki is an intuitive watercolor artist who works on canvas and paper. As someone who loves the textures and colors of the natural world, she takes inspiration from  the sea and the forest, countrysides and cloudy skies.  She paints mostly in abstracts and loose landscapes, finding solace in the flow of the paint and water.  She originally began painting as a therapeutic tool to help quiet her mind and alleviate stress, which translates into final works of art that feel gentle and soothing.  Much of her work incorporates metallic accents that have to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.
