The instructor will lead a short breathwork (with props) followed by an hour of expressive, colorful, and intuitive painting that encourages students to channel a happy memory from their mind onto their canvas.

Age group is 5 – 10 yrs old. One adult is required to attend with their respective child(ren).

Adults are welcome to participate in the painting activity for an additional $10 to cover the cost of materials. Simply choose the Adult Add On ticket below if you want to paint along with the child(ren) you are accompanying.
