Mindful Creative Sessions are geared towards self care. Not only do they stimulate your right hemisphere but give you an insight into your inner life for self care and personal growth. We start with a guided relaxation leading into a creative exercise based on a prompt after which there will be some time for sharing and discussion. The exercise we will be doing is “FILLING Your CUP” .
